All about Bo-Bites
Target Market- Our target market for Bo-Bites will be students. We chose them because Bo-Bites are a small meal great for on the go, which all students are, and they are easy to share so students can buy Bo-Bites. The reason that we have decided to develop Bo-Bites is so that students can have an easy, quick, great tasting meal on the go. We intend to control the student segment of the market, we want students to come with their friends and share an order of Bo-Bites. We will introduce this product at 6550 Old Monroe Road, Indian Trail, North Carolina 28079, US. We have decided on this location because it is across the street from Sun Valley High School and we intend to heavily promote Bo-Bites there. We will test Bo-Bites before we mass produce them. The testing location for our Bo-Bites will also be 6550 Old Monroe Road, Indian Trail, North Carolina 28079, US. Bo-Bites will support Bojangles' existing image by providing customers with great tasting food, low prices, and something that they can eat easily on the go.

For our product Bo-Bites, we are going to use a Bojangles' snack box. The snack box is a perfect size because six could fit in there perfectly and people could eat it in the store, at home, or on the run easily. Our labeling will be changed to say Bo-Bites on the box. This would be our way of branding because once they see the name of our product on the box they will feel good and will want to buy the product. The word Bo-Bites will be registered to protect our product from being stolen. we would like to launch this idea in the restaurant that is at 6550 Old Monroe Road, Indian Trail, North Carolina 28079, US. This would be a great spot because Sun Valley High School and the students there are allowed to go out to lunch. Since a lot of students do not like cafeteria food they could always go to Bojangles' and buy Bo-Bites. If this product is a success, which we know it will be" we would eventually begin to sell this product in more stores until it is in every Bojangles' in the south.
Promotion- Our target market is hungry high school students who want something quick, cheap and on the go. Our promotional campaign objective is to introduce a new food product(Bo-Bites). Our promotional mix has to do with advertising, publicity, sales promotion, and personal selling. For advertising to our target market we will have flyers handed out all over Sun Valley high school, and will have a spot on the morning announcements where they say "Make sure you come out to Bojangles to enjoy the newest item on their menu! Bo-Bites!" For publicity we would sponsor the school to be able to to hang a Bo-Bites banner in their football stadium. We would also have free smaples given out at the lunch lines. For a Sales Promotion we would offer 20% off when you have a school ID and/or a free drink. For our suggestive selling we would have a 4 and a 6 piece but when someone orders Bo-Bites we would ask if they want an 8 or 10 piece for only an extra dollar.
